Please read through my terms and listings, as I have made updates to make shopping easier, and offering more payment options.
Terms: Prices are quoted in US dollars, shipping is additional.
Ordering: Items for sale are located in my Etsy Store - Tall Cotton Creations,
on eBay (user-id TallCottonCreations) or listed here for direct sale.
Shipping: Items will be shipped 1 - 2 working days after receipt of payment.
I typically ship with the United States Postal Service, first-class or priority mail.
If you need delivery by another carrier, please notify me.
International buyers are welcome. Shipping carriers and rates vary depending on location.
Payment: I accept Paypal direct, through eBay as well as Etsy. Also, Etsy direct checkout allows for credit cards, (no need for buyers to have a PayPal account). I will accept money orders or personal checks, for direct sales, but these payments must clear my bank before shipment is made. If you have any questions, please message me directly.
Layaway: Layaway is possible for orders over $100. The term is for no more than 2 months and requires a 50%, non-refundable deposit. Message me to organize this for you.
Refunds: If you have any problems with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me! I'll be happy to help in whatever way I can.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept exchanges or refunds/returns unless faulty or does not fit the doll listed in the description. If you receive a faulty item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item, to arrange a refund/replacement. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
